How The App Works
There are two mobile apps, for Customer and Service partner, available in both IOS and Android platforms.
For Customers
One-P app can be downloaded from App Store/Android store.
Name, Mobile number, Gender, Age, Location, Type of residence (Villa/Flat)(1BHK,2BHK).
Unique identification through mobile number can be registered.
All payments through E-commerce/Digital gateways.
24X7 Customer care center number will be provided.
Each service job will be identified with reference number for future tracking.
Customer premium points.
For Service Partners
One-P app can be downloaded from App Store/Android store.
Register as Technician from option. Name, Gender, Age, Mobile number, and Location.
All short listed Technicians/Service providers will be interviewed by HR team which includes Behavioral and technical tests questions.
Based of F2F interview with Candidates, we will apply for police clearance to avoid any criminals in the service pools.
All approvals which required from local authority needs to be cleared.
Signing the contract with individual person.
Safety regulation training and certification from One-P.
Orientation on One-P app usage.
